OAMARU, yesterday. A man named Frank Hedges, aged 21 years, was drowned while bathing in a waterhole here;
HASTINGS, to-day. Henry Francis Duck, sixty-five, died this morojing while chopping wood in his son's yard.- The cause is supposed to be heart disease.
