Races 4, 6 and 8 on each day ar» open to all horses. 2. No deduction will be made from the advertised stakes. ,- — 3. Hack Definition : No horse ska* be eligible to start in the Hack even4j» which at the time of nomination w«» a race of the value of lOOsovs to th« winner, or races of the aggregate value of 250sovs to the winner. Th« amount won by any horse ' in flai races, hurdle races, or steeplechasSi respectively, shall be estimated separately, and shall not debar such horse from entry except in the speciJi class of race in which he has won th# amount. 4. Flat Races : The winner of anf flat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under Bst 101 b) t* carry 101 b penalty, and for every additional race 61b extra; if handi-' capped at Bst 101 bor over, to carry only half the above penalties. Hurdle Races: The winner of anf hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry 101 b penalty in the I hurdle races; of two or more hurdfc races 211 b penalty.
