Press Assn — By telegraph — Copyright. CALCUTTA, yesterday. Dutt, a Bengali,; was sentenced to death for killing Gossain. He is entitled to appeal. Ghose was found ,not guilty, but the case was referred to the High Cotrrt.
Gossain, Ghose and other Indians were in .Jfiine. last undergoing preliminary trial on a charge of complicity in bomb outrages. Gossain turned informer, and on August 31st was shot by two of the accused Indians.
