Press Assn— By telegraph— Copyright. (Received this day, .1.18 p.m.) BERLIN, yesterday. The German military manoeuvres have closed. The Kaiser had supreme command, first with the reds, and next with the blues.
His sido always won, as the artillery mowed the enemy Under 1000 yards. The French have given the Kaiser permission to motor a short distance across the frontier to save a long detour.
