The budget shows the revenue for the year was £1,004,000, the estimate being exceeded by. £71,000. ;The year closed with a surplus of £75,---■OOO. The deficit, which stood two {fears ago at £163,000, has been reduced to £37,000. The revenue next is estimated at £958,000, and the expenditure at £946,000.
