Replying to Senator Domville; Mr Scott, Canadian Secretary of State, said that if, owing to Mr Asq'uith's recent declaration, the Union Jack was not flown on English public buildings on Empire Day, the only effect would be it .would be' flown until the day was generally known in Canada.
