I HEREBY give public notice that an EXTRAORDINARY VACANCY has occurred in the Dannevirke County Council under section 80 of the "Counties Act, 1886," and that it will be necessary to fill such vacancy by electing an additional Councillor for each of the Norsewood, Dannevirke and Mangatoro Ridings. And I hereby appoint the Dannevirke County office, Waipswa, as the place, and before noon on Wednesday, the 22nd day of April, 1908, aa the time for receiving nominations of Candidates to such office. Nomination of Candidates for each Riding shall be in the form prescribed, and must be delivered to the Returning Officer, or addressed to him, and delivered at the abovementioned office before noon of the day appointed.
