SUPREME COURT.
[press association.] WELLINGTON, to-day. At the Supreme Court to-day, John Smith, alias Wilson, was sentenced to ten years' imprisonment for what i Mr Jvtstiee Cooper described as an abominable offence, committed at Wanganui. William Johnston, for theft, was sentenced to three years.
