Hall-Jones, will return to Auckland, probably towards the end of the week, and make his promised tour of the North, which is 'ikely to extend over a month to five, weeks. It is the Premier's intention to deliver a political address to the citizens of Auckland on Friday night next, on his return from Wellington. This afternoon, the Premier attended the meeting at Government House convened by Lady Plunket to consider the question of infant Hie protection.
