Kettle also became ithe purchaser of lot 2, of 366 acres, under the hammer at £9 10s per acre. Lot 3, of 160 acres, was passed in at £12 10s an acre, and was afterwards purchased by Mr C. W. Tyler at £13,10s an acre. Lot 1, of 415 acres, fivas bpught by Manson and .Co. nnder ihe liianimer at £9 15s an acre.
