Muller the wealthy Parisian, in a Swiss hotel in mistake for M. Durnovo, formerly Russian Minister of the Intenor, is a reIs *ive of General Trepoff named Leontleff. She was formerly a student at Lausanne. Geneva, September 15. M. Muller's murderess is the only daughter of General Leontieff, who fought in \he Manchurian campaign; He and his wife art intensely grieved at the crime. They have arrived in Switzerland on a visit to their daughter. St. Petebsbubg, September 15 A crowd of peasants at Grodno attempted to rescue some prisoners. The police fired volleys into the crowd, killing eight and wounding 60. Two men were courtmartialled and shot at Siga for engaging in pillage. M. Mosurin, the leader of the Social Eevolutionanes' Fighting Organisation, was hanged at Moscow yesterday. He was one of the ringleaders of the bank robbery at Moscow on March 21st. He spent the proceeds of the robbery in the purchase of arms and ammunition for the revolutionaries. (On March 2lst twenty men. armed with revolvers, entered the Mutual Credit Society's Bank at Moscow just before closing time. They covered the assistants with their weapons, and robbed the bank of 850,000 roubles). It is estimated at St. Petersburg that there has been ten executions daily since the summary court martial was established. The Treasury officials at BrestLitovski have disappeared with 125,000 roubles of town money. St. Petebsbukg, September 16. The death is annouuced of Geueral Trepoff from apoplexy.
