He was apparently drowned. He had a cut on the side of the head, which aroused suspicion of foul play., but the s^tony bottom might account for tbe injury. Deceased s watch stopped at 10 p.m., and his money was intact. Bull was last Sc'cn alive at 9 30, when he had been drinking, and it is supposed ihat he fell iuto the water.
