Athletic Events are ran under Feilding Rules, and Chopping and Sawing Eveois are subject to the Rules of the N.Z. Axemen's Association, and Cycling Events under N.Z. League of Wheelmen Rules. Competitors in all events mast obtain a starting ticket from the Secretary, wbiehy must be given up to the Stewards what placed on their marks. This rule will be strictly enforced. Logs for Chopping and Sawing Events will be drawn for on the Ground at 10.3 ft sharp. Bookmakers will be admitted to the Ground on payment 'of a tee of £1. Competitors in all Events are warned to be on their marks at the times appointee! for starting the various Events, as under no consideration will any delay be allowed. BRASS BAND IN ATTENDANCE.
