An Infuriated Tradesman. Shoots 33 Tartars* Peasant Rising Extending. I Eeceived this day at 10.27 a.m. St. Peteksbubg, March 16. A resident of Baku states that during the original disturbances Tartars besieged a large house occupied by Adamoff, a tradesman. Adamoff, from the balcony, shot thirty-three Tartars before falling. Thereupon the crowd fired with petroleum Adamoff's doorway, when nineteen inmates were suffo-' cated. The peasant rising is extending. Sixty, districts are affected. M. Buliguine declares his inability to guarantee tranquility in the event of the mobilisation.
