(Received tjtis day ,'af7.3sa.m.) St. Petebsbttbg, January 30. The Holy Synod adjures the orthodox to support the Czar and clergy, since without orthodoxy and autocracy Russia will' be ruined. The Synod declares that foreign enemies have contributed considerable sums to create a civil war and cause strikes, thus preventing the despatch of reinforcements and supplies to the Far East.
