Under a flag of truce a messenger from General Stossel approached the Japanese left wing at Pprt Arthur and arranged' a partial armistice for six hours on Friday for the removal of the dead and wounded.
The" Daily Express asys that as the Russians are determined to retake Fort No. 203 at all hazard, the Japanese are pHing company upon company on to the hill.
