The case was dismissed but was now under appeal. MrEeed,Bolicitoi, said the magistrate held thafc a case of wrongful intent on the part of the registrar Had to be tie proved! . King gave explanations as to several cases with a view to justifying his action. but admitted that a mistake had . occurred in' the omission from the. Grey Lynn r,oll of the name of Wilfred Cooper, secretary of the Prohibition party, Oxford Street. The error had probably occurred through, there being an Oxford Street in the city. ,
