The Liquor Trade.
UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION (By Electric Telegraph — Copyright.) London, March 19. The Right Hon. A. J. Balfour, receiving a beer and wine trades deputation, deprecated the unjust confiscation policy of certain magistrates m refusing the removal of licenses. He hoped the quarter sessions would reverse these most extravagant decisions, and give the Licensing Act of 1903 a fair chance.
