PARLIAMENT.
' In the HeußO of Representatives yesterday Captain Rxuaell moved ' That no more appointments be made to the Council until the Parliament shortly to be elected had an opportunity of reviewing the constitution of that branch of the Legislature, such review having become, in the opinion of the Houso, an imperative necessity.' The motion was aocepted by the Premier as one of no-confidence.
