Chief Buchanan, in charge of the stock exhibit at the World's Fair, ha 9 aimouneed the result of the cheese contest; which has been in progress thero for several wooki. Tho test in pronounced the most complete, most carefully conducted and most thorough ever made. The contest was between twenty -five cows of tha Jersey. Guernsey and Shorthorn breeds each.
