Cremation Recommended.
At a " Tuberculosis Congress," held re•oently in Paris, the conclusion was arrived at that all persons dying of consumption should fcecremated. The earthworms, it was urged, ■fering the germs of the disease to iho surface, cad so distribute it. Doos the same argument not apply, less or more, to all dying of ,-Miy disease in the least degree infectious, or, ■for the matter of that, of any disease whatever ? The only safe course, on this showing, would seem to ba universal compulsory •cremation.
