+ . (per press association.) Wellington, This day. The hearing of the charge of dummyism against Mr Coleman Phillips is set down for Thursday. Counsel for tho defence has served notice upon the Crown Prosecutor that he intends to apply for a special jury and tho application will be hoard to-morrow.
