An inquest was held in Liverpool respecting tho daain of an old maid of 60 named Williams, the owner of lioueo and Rhop property^ who was found dead in bod. Evidence was given that deceased was a confirmed drinker. She drank all da}* long port wine, whisky, tenpenny ale, and brandy and soda. On returning at night elie used to consume a bottle of port wme, a pint of boer, and a noggiu of whisky.
