Net earnings of £1150 lor the: year ended September 30 a'e reported by National Pictures. Ltd. This compares with £1252 last year and £1221 in 1943. With £2465 brought in there is £3615 available, out of which the directors propose to pay an unchanged dividend of 2Vi per cent, requiring £1070. and leaving a balance of £2544 to be carried forward. The retiring directors are Messrs. A. T. Kebbell and M. J. Moodabe, who are eligible for re-election.
