Zionists' Manifesto In Jerusalem ARABS CALL. A STRIKE Rec. 1.30. JERUSALEM, Oct. 21. Zionists from ten countries have issued a manifesto declaring they would establish a Jewish State in Palestine and asserting they would defend their rights of immigration, settlement and liberty. The manifesto was issued after a conference of the executive councils of the World Misrachi Organisation (religious orthodox Zionists) in Palestine. The Palestine Arab party has called a general strike for November 2—the 24th anniversary of the Balfour Declaration. Arabs in other States are being asked to strike in sympathy.
