APPEAL DISMISSED
CONFERENCE ON GOOD FUN CASE The Racing Conference appeal judges have dismissed the appeals of P. Hayvice and J. R. Nieper against the decision of the Auckland District Committee in dismissing their appeals against the finding of ,the committee of the Avondale Jockey Club. Hayvice and Nieper and the horse Good Fun had been disqualified for five years in connection with the ownership of Good Fun when he won the Hobsonvllle Hurdles at the Avondale meeting at Ellerslie on April 7 last. The judges were Messrs. J. Graham, W. H. Gaisford and P. F. Wall.
