In the Court of Chancery at one time, when the counsel of the parties set forth the boundaries o fthe land in question by the plot; and the counsel <pf the one part said, "We lie on this side, my Lord." And the counsel on the other part said, "And we he on this side/' The Eord Chancellor Haton, rising, said, "If if you he on both sides, whom will vou have me to believe?"
