LEAGUE CONTROL
At last night's meeting of the board of control of the Auckland Rugby League, the South Auckland League wrote stating that the next season was being looked forward to with confidence and an endeavour was being made to extend activities to Cambridge and other Waikato centres. It was announced that the Dickson medals for the most sportsmanlike players of the season had been awarded to J. Fogarty, of the Otahuhu senior team, and V. Fredatovich, of the City third grade team.
Thff senior fixture for next Saturday will be the challenge match between Otahuhu and Richmond to decide the major championship. The referee will be Mr. S. Billman.
