STAKE OF £7500
NEW ZEALAND TROTTING CUP FASTEST CIiASS IX WORLD . P.A. CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The stake for the New Zealand Trotting Cup in November has been fixed at £7500 and the limit for two miles at 4.21, this being the fastest class in the world. Horses assessed at 4.22 at the time the handicap is declared on October 25 will be eligible, thui giving horses an opportunity to qualify at the spring meetings. The total stakes for the two days are £23,150.
