P.A. WELLINGTON, this day. The acting-Postmaster General, Mr. Jones, announces the resumption of parcel post to V Sweden. Gift parcels are limited to a 51b maximum, not more frequently than: once monthly, with not more than 21b of any one foodstuff. Trade parcels will be accepted up to 221b.
