CENSORHIP ABOLISHED
Rec. 1 p.m. LONDON, Aug. 6. The Yugoslav Government has abolished its censorship of outgoing news. Reuters Belgrade correspondent says that this measure is one jf several, indicating the n<~>v regime's increasing seif-confldeiice.
