IRISH PRISONERS
200 PEOPLE TO BE RELEASED Rec. 2.30 p.m. LONDON, July 13. i The Daily Express correspondent at Belfast says the majority of 200 persons detained in Northern Ireland las prisoners under the Civil Authorities (Special Powers) Acts, are to be released, the first of them within a fortnight. The reason for the amnesty is that the country is quiet, and a Royal visit is to be made . within a few days.
