NEW VICTORY LOAN
LIKELY OPENING QUOTATIONS That the Reserve Bank had made Inquiries about the likely opening prices for the 1945 Victory Loan was mentioned by Mr. Andrew Hamilton, chairman of the Associated Stock Exchanges, in a letter received by the Auckland Stock Exchange to-day Mr Hamilton had indicated that initial dealing was likely to be at around £95 15/ for the 2'i per cent Issue maturing on 15/4/50-51, and at £97 5/ for the 3 per cent issue maturing Mr. G. A. Buttle, said evidently efforts were being made to synchronise quotations throughout New Zealand.
