BOXING CHARGES
A CORRESPONDENT'S COMPLAINT
The decision of the Auckland Boxing Association to increase the admission charges for the Vic Caltaux - Cliff Hanham middle-weight title bout next Monday has brought the following complaint from "Fan": — . , It is noted that the Boxing Association has increased the admission prices for the forthcoming match. I wish to protest against this move,- as so far this season the association has had capacity houses for each fight and in the majority of cases a very short bill of fare has been supplied by the professionals. Now we find the public being charged an additional amount for a fight that may be of the same short duration. Does not the Price Tribunal have any say in the fixing of prices for places of entertainment?
