ITALY AND UNITED NATIONS I' 12.30 p.m. WASHINGTON, July 10. ; The House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee has approved a resolution asking President Truman to use his good offices to have Italy invited to. join the United Nations. The acting Secretary of State, Mr. J. C. Grew, told I the Committee, that the resolution is I [in keeping with the Government's I policy toward Italy.
