After providing for taxation and depreciation, net profit of Prestige (N.Z.). Ltd., for the year ended March 31, was £246 lower at £9369. With £9728 brought forward there was £19,097 for disposal. Dividend of 10 per cent on ordinary shares, unchanged, and of 6 per cent on preference shares, took £6300, £24 was appropriated for loss on sale of inscribed stock, and £5500 was transferred to general reserve, leaving £7273 to be carried forward. In addition £4500 was shifted from stock reserve to general reserve, which now total £37,273.
