NEW ZEALAND INSURANCE RECORD Bank of New Zealand shares were fairly active on the Auckland Stock Exchange to-day, sellers readily accepting £2 9/6. Commercial Banks firmed further on sale to 18/4. A buyer or a small parcel of New Zealand Insurance shares had to pay £4 17/6 for them—6d higher than the previous record high level.
