PROSPECT FOR SPRINT
The Man's Pal gelding Kaifoa was having his first race for a spell when he won the sprint event at Awapuni recently, and the quality of that success was such to suggest that he will go on to further achievement in the near future. On that occasion at Awapuni he came from well back to smother the opposition in the deciding stages and win with Something in hand. Kaitoa is entered for sprint engagements at Trentham and will not fail on the score of condition.
