SEQUEL TO BOY'S TRIAL
COURT RESERVES DECISION P.A. WELLINGTON, Friday. The Court of Appeal reserved decision after the completion of the hearing of argument to-day of the case stated for the opinion of the Court by Mr. Justice Blair arising out of the trial of Noel Ingram Brooks, a boy then aged 13 years six months, for the murder of his mother and his brother, Clarence Brooks, at Matarawa, near Greytown, on March 18. The hearing began on Tuesday.
