FIRST FURLOUGH MEN

FORFEITURE OF PRIVILEGES?

& Parliamentary Reporter. WELLINGTON, this day. "What rights, privileges and benefits were forfeited by personnel of the first furlough draft who declined to return to the Middle East at the expiry of their furlough period and to what extent have such rights, privileges and benefits been restored?" asked the Rev. E. P. Aderman (Nat., New Plymouth) in a notice of question to the Minister of Defence in the House of Representatives to-day.

Mr. Aderman also inquired whether it was the Government's intention to give early consideration to the rehabilitation and other rights of those men.
