FURRIERS' WAGES
Wage increases for workers in the fur trade have been agreed upon in negotiations between the union and employers. New weekly rates tor female workers for the first six sixmonthly periods are £1.2/. 9 £1 fi/ 6 /<" 10/, £1 15/, £2 1/ and £2 6/6, respectively, while the new rate for workers in their fourth year i» £2 13/' Journeywomen's rates nave been increased to £3 5/ weekly. . Male workers for the first six sixmonthly periods will receive weekly £1 4/6, £1 12/6, £1 17/6, £2 3/6,£/ 9/, and £2 19/ respectively. Fourthyear workers will receive £3 9/6, and those in their fifth year £4 7/6. Male cutters' wages .will be^i £6 per week. Tea money for aU-workers has been increased from l/b to u.
