ASSAULT ON A GIRL
O.C. WANGANUI, this day. After a rehearing lasting two and a half hours in the Magistrate's Court at Marton on Thursday, Walter Herbert Hill was again convicted of an assault on a girl, but sentenced was reduced by Justices D. Ingle and A. J. B. Sicely from a month to nine days, which had been already served. .
