EPSOM RATEPAYERS
The annual meeting of the Epsom branch of the Auckland Citizens and Ratepayers' Association was held last evening, Mr. D. Hay presiding over a good attendance.
The question of an improved transport service for the district was keenly debated, and after Mr. A. A. Bodley, a member of the Transport Board, had answered a number of questions, it was resolved to refer the question to the branch committee for presentation to the Transport Board.
The following officers were elected: Chairman, Mr. F. V. Senn; vice-chair-man, Mr. D. M. Rae; secretary, Mr. H. J. Butcher; committee, Mesdames Peacocke and Fenton, Messrs. D. Hay, G. L. Taylor, P. Shaw, A. A. Bodley, C. W. Sanders, A. Thompson, A. St. Clair Brown and Dr. R. G. McElrqy.
