Public notice is hereby given as required by Section 54 of the Rating Act, 1925, that the Auckland City Council in pursuance of Its powers under Sections 77, 82 and 92 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, Section 52 of the Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1926, and of all - ■other powers and authorities enabling it in that behalf, Intends on the 29th day of June. 1945, to make' and levy the following razes In respect ol the City of Auckland for the year commencing on the Ist day of June, 1945, and. ending on the 31st day of May, 1946. Upon all buildings used for any -purpose other than dwelling houses whose annual rateable value, as appearing on the Valuation Roll— (a) Does not exceed Twelve Pounds Ten *■ ■ Shillings, a rate of Five Shillings (5/). (b) Exceeds Twelve Pounds Ten Shillings, a * rate of two per centum (2 per cent) on v such value.
