VALUES GENERALLY FIRM

General firmness in snare values continued to dominate Auckland investment business to-day. An exception, however, was Broken Hill Proprietaries, which dropped 3d. There was a good range of quotations for Auckland company securities, and buyers of Farmers' Tradings advanced their limits to the recent sales prices of £1 7/6 without securing supplies. Local body debentures were represented in the sales list.
