YOUTH WOUNDED
ACCIDENT WITH RIFLE O.C. WHANGAREI, this day. With a bullet wound in his right arm received when a rifle accidentally discharged, Ted Divich, aged 17, son of Mr. and Mrs. G.: Divich, of Awanui, was admitted to the Kaitaia Hospital. While preceding another boy carrying a .22 rifle, Divich was wounded when the weapon went oft accidentally, the bullet piercing the fleshy part of his arm.
