CZECH SOCIALIST LEADER
Rec. 9.30 a.m. LONDON, May 20. Dr. Peter Zenkl, Mayor of Prague, who spent five and a half years in the Buchenwald concentration camp, has been elected chairman of the Czech Socialist party.
