FORMER VICHY MINISTERS
ARREST ON RETURN TO FRANCE
Rec. 11.30 a.m. PARIS, May 18. M. Georges Scapine, blind former Vichy Ambassador to Berlin, who is in charge of all French war. prisoners, and Rene Bousquet, former Vichy Police Chief, were arrested when they returned from Germany. They will be tried before the High Court.
