TASMAN AIRWAYS
FIVE YEARS OP SERVICE Five years ago to-day the first regular flight was made by a flyingboat of Tasman Empire Airways, and during that period 14,899 passengers. 601,0891b of mail and 225,3661b of freight and excess baggage has been carried without injury to passengers or crew and without loss of freight or mail. Of the total number of trips scheduled, 98.45 per cent have been flown and completed, a very high proportion for ocean flights.
