The second night of play for the Grattan Cup held at the Northern Contract Bridge Club resulted as follows:— North-South: Mrs. J. Nettleton and Mrs. H. Mcßae, 63.80 per cent, 1; Mrs. R. Ballantyne and Mrs. C. L. Green, 62.14 per cent, 2; Mrs. G. Geddes and Mr C. L. Eastgate, 61.'42 per cent, 3. East-West. Messrs. N. O. Morgan and N. E. Watson, 69 76 per cent; Mrs. F. J. Newv-l and Miss P. B. Coutts, 60.59 per cent; Lieutenant W. Green and Flying-Officer E. Fans, 57.85 per cent.
